| There are a number of possible causes of this failure, but they fall into two broad categories: | |
| Not Yet Configured | Fault or Failure |
| This is typically the case when WACS has only just been installed and the databases haven't been created and preloaded yet. If you've just installed WACS using application packages (such as RPM or .deb files), this is normal - you need to complete the installation. New Installation? click here to perform initial setup (Administrators Only) Please see /usr/share/wacs/README.database for instructions on how to complete this process, or read the full installation guide. |
To assist you with finding the fault, please see the error messages in your web server error log file (typically /var/log/httpd/errorlog) for more information. The entries you are looking for will be prefixed with the text dberror. For more information, please see the file /usr/share/wacs/README.faults. |
